We invest over USD100 for fixed assets, with annual output as 20,000 tons of Foundy Bentonite, 10,000 tons of Drilling Bentonite,1000 tons of Dehydrating Dope Bentonite, and 1200 tons of Pure Inorgnic Glued Betonite. Our orgnic bentonite, one of our ranges, is made of qualified raw materials, with perfect characteristics of quickly glued and anti-sediment, flow resistance after careful selection, transforming and refining. It is widely used in painting, printing ink, lubnicate oil, envelope glue, well drilling, precise costing, and petroleum asphalt, etc. Following description is on applications of orgnic bentonite, just for example and for your reference ---- For paints in powder or gel style ? concerning the ill humidification of pitch system such as epoxy resin, polyester, it is better to make pregel.
(1) Ingredient: solvent 87%, orgnic clay 8-10%, polar compound 3-4%;
(2) Depoly gel: solvent + orgnic clay (mixed for ten minutes), then add polar compoud.
Comments: Primary applications include asphalt emulsions, brick, cement, detergents, paper, and water treatment. For example, when National Premium is used in asphalt emulsions, holds the oil and water phases together in a stable emulsion. It offers higher activity, longer equipment life, and batch to batch consistency. National Standard is used as an additive in brickmaking for enhanced production improving green and dry strength, increasing water resistance, and boosting yield. National Standard increases the waterproofing of finished cement. National and Expanda are used as insoluble, inorganic builders in detergent. They swell in the presence of water to emulsify oily materials and peptize fine particles of soil, keeping them in suspension. They help soften water by ion exchange. National Standard can be used in some micro particle retention systems in papermaking. National is also used for water clarification and de-inking of paper. National Standard and Premium brands are used in the treatment of wastewater and control of airborne stack emissions.
